Reporting & Analytics

Reporting out of our own ERP, which is why a report Pilot wants is something we can build rather than something we can request.

Proprietary website platform + in house developed ERP means maximum reporting capabilities.

  • Order activity.
  • Inventory levels.
  • Usage trends.
  • Fill rates.
  • Shipping performance.
  • Exception reporting.
  • Backorder reporting.
  • Customer activity reports.

All reporting data is generated from our ERP in real time and can be distributed at whatever frequency Pilot wants — daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or on demand. Custom reports can be developed within the ERP to carry whatever information Pilot determines is useful for managing the program. Reports are then added directly to a user's portal on the platform for instant availability.
